I have been using this everyday, I use it at room temp most of the time and it is still cool enough and helps me go to sleep faster.

I will say I used this for the first time yesterday after purchasing a few weeks ago and it worked great!! Like some I think the freezer may be too cold so I will keep it refrigerated from now on because you definitely have to let it warm up some straight out of the freezer unless you want a brain freeze. For immediate use the refrigerator was perfect.Now to the smell. I could not figure out the smell, but it wasn't good. After revisiting the reviews I think some are spot on with the curdled milk, rancid sour cream, or vomit descriptions. It definitely has a sour dairy product like stench. I tried spraying some rose water on it before refrigerating last time but can't tell a difference so today I'm going to try hand washing it and soaking it in some lightly scented dish soap a few times to see if helps at all.It's not a deal breaker because again it worked great but I could see if I had a pounding migraine the smell being very nauseating. Overall for the price I would purchase again.

I got this as a gift for my sister and she loved it!! Helped her with her head aches and made then feel so much better. Would highly recommend getting this.

It does what is says - but you do need to let it sit out for a few minutes before putting it on. I often will prop it up on a table so that the inside can warm up a little, and then when first putting it on I basically have to 'acclimatize' to it by putting it on for a few seconds and if it starts hurting too much, take it off, then back on, and repeat until I can leave it on without it hurting. I have a tiny head, so the compression is lacking a little for me, but it's still nice and helps block out light and sound even when it warms up.

I do really like this texture and the feeling of it when it's cold but it really doesn't stay cold longer than 20 minutes and my migraines need something more powerful.
