This water pump is perfect for my home needs, as I mainly use it to remove rainwater from specific areas to prevent mosquito breeding. It functions smoothly with both my 2.5Ah and 5Ah batteries. I verified the serial number and discovered that it still has 4 years of warranty remaining. It's worth noting that Milwaukee's warranty policy initiates from the purchase date for items bought from authorized sellers, or from the manufacture date otherwise.

So glad we purchased this! It's been incredibly useful emptying rainwater out of our dinghy. Easy to use, easy to clean out the filter and flow rate gets the water out quickly.

As I’ve mentioned in other reviews, we live in a 105-year-old farmhouse. Sometimes we need to clean out the old fountain in the garden, the 100-year-old fish pond, or deal with a little water seeping in through those old basement walls.Last time we had a big storm, we ended up with 1.5 inches of water across 1,500 square feet—it took over 60 five-gallon buckets and about 5 hours with a shop vac to clean up. Not fun! Thankfully, we haven’t had another flood like that yet, but we tried this Milwaukee stick transfer pump for smaller jobs, and we love it.It’s fast, efficient, and easy to use with one hand. The long aluminum barrel reaches deep spots easily, and it fits perfectly into our Milwaukee tool setup since we’re already a Milwaukee house. Great tool to have on hand for water transfer jobs!

This tool is perfect for winterizing pools and draining standing water, especially when draining skimmers. Just a heads up, it's part of the m12 line, so the battery life may not be the best. I highly recommend opting for the largest battery available for optimal performance.
