Phospholipid supplement with high absorption and potency
I have been taking BodyBio Phospholipid Complex Supplement for a few weeks now, and I am really impressed with the results. The supplement is formulated to support healthy cell membranes, and it contains a blend of phospholipids that are essential for optimal brain and body function. What I love about this supplement is that it is liposomal, which means it is designed for high absorption. This is important because phospholipids are notoriously difficult for the body to absorb, and the liposomal delivery method ensures that the nutrients get where they need to go.I also appreciate that BodyBio Phospholipid Complex Supplement is high potency, with no fillers or additives. This means I am getting the maximum benefit from each capsule, without any unnecessary ingredients that could compromise my health.Since starting to take this supplement, I have noticed improved cognitive function, better mood, and increased energy levels. I feel like my brain fog has lifted, and I am able to focus better on my work and daily tasks.Overall, I highly recommend BodyBio Phospholipid Complex Supplement to anyone looking to support their brain and body health. The liposomal delivery method, high potency, and absence of fillers and additives make it a top-quality supplement that I will continue to use in my daily routine.

Interesting supplement that promises great things
This was a very large tub, with a good expiry date, containing a 5 month supply of one of the new Phospholipid supplements which are showing such great promise at dealing with the effects of aging. Capsules reminded me of fish oil capsules in that they were similar size and shape. If you have no issue swallowing those, you'll be okay with these. As a 62 year old, while I don't have an interest in extending my lifespan with the way the world is going, I would like to do everything I can to maintain a decent quality of life without any bad ailments due to age - especially brain and memory - as long as I can, so was interested in trying these.I did some research on phospholipids, and there is quite a few conflicting studies, but it does seem any negative affects came mainly from high dose injections. Ingestible capsules seemed much safer, so I remain cautiously optimistic. While I feel it's too early to see if they have any major affects on my body, I was more interested if they caused any negative affects - nope, thankfully I had no stomach distress or other issues. While I'm hoping to see some great results by the time I have finished the tub, also dreading it a bit because I'll have to make some sacrifices to afford to continue. As these were 202 quid for a 5 month supply, then that would work out around £40 a month. Which is a hefty price for me and many people even if they are worth it.Mind you I figure once I've done a 5 month course and (hopefully!) got some amazing benefits from it, maybe a 'maintenance' dose of 1 a day would still be helpful. After all, a smaller phospholipid dose is better than none, right? That would mean a supply could last me 10 months if necessary so would therefore cost around £20 pm which is more affordable. The downside of course is they appear to sell them only in 5 months tubs so you'd need to be able to afford the full whack right off the bat. These days, a lot of people are watching their pennies so it's a tough call. Really wish they'd sell them in 1 month tubs for those of us low on funds.Do I recommend? Oh yes, if you have the funds, go for it! :-)

Far too soon to tell...
To be honest, Phospholipid supplements are something you pretty much take on faith. As with things like NMN and Reservatrol and Glutathione (all wonderful, by the way) you're benefitting your fundamental cellular structure, so while you're absolutely getting healthier on the inside (technically, younger) it's not something you'll necessarily see on the outside - especially if you have any existing health problems, or issues like obesity or diabetes. But, they are absolutely making you healthier on a cellular level, which is enormously powerful.Phospholipids are essentially a type of fat that give structure to your cells (our cells lose structure as we age) and form a shell around fats so they can be better evenly distributed around the body. This specific supplement is a Complex, meaning it contains both Phosphatidylcholine and Phosphatidylethanolamine which have slightly different functions. The thing is, I'm aware they're eye-wateringly expensive, so if you're just now starting to look into longevity and lifespan, I'd recommend dipping your toes in the water with NMN and Trans-Reservatrol which are a bit less scary!Alternatively, if you do want to try these, I really think they're excellent. They're a liposomal Phospholipid Complex supplement, meaning your body will absorb far, far more of the good stuff.I've been taking NMN, Glutathione and Reservatrol for months now (along with Apigenin, which is extraordinary stuff) so Phospholipids are new to me. As such, I've halved the recommended dose, so I'm taking just one a day, instead of two. Am always careful around new supplements anyway, but it also means the £69.99 asking price lasts over 3 months, instead of a month and a half. I don't suppose they'll work as fast, but they'll get there in the end, and it'll give me time to see whether they've made much of a difference. They're manufactured in the UK, too, by a UK company, and that's always extra wonderful. So, I completely get that it's too soon to tell... but am giving them 5 stars, pretty much on faith.
