Delivered by Royal Mail 48 hour service. Plant was boxed and in a cellophane plant bag with elastic, so soil remained in place in transit. The plant itself was healthy and looks great, and larger than expected. Will be ordering more from them.

the flower was ugly, and it still is, it doesn't grow, it's a waste of money to buy such a yew

Healthy plant and packaged reasonably ok but have lost two stems, lots of leaves and there was more soil in one side of the pot than the other. Soil was very loose too. Looks like it has been tossed around a lot while inside the package.
