Does kai come with his hair

Hello and thanks for your query. The LEGO® NINJAGO Kai minifigure in this kit comes only with the ninja outfit. This does not include Kai's hair.

are the ninja helmets two pieces or one?

Hello! Great question. The helmets themselves are technically one piece each, though the ninja head decoration also includes a separate mask piece which you can see around their neck/mouth right below the helmet.

The knees do not bend. The shoulders swivel and rotate internally & externally, elbows bend & swivel, the flags atop the head have a large range of motion and the legs move at the hips, ankles & feet. Drills also spin. My son is 10, he rates it an 8 out of 10 for playability. (He is the Lego Whisperer)
