Slow and hard to use
This is replacing an earlier model. This one is garbage. The battery doesn't last a whole day. It is very laggy in recognizing my typing and often thinks I'm swiping when I'm trying to tap. I have never been so unhappy with a purchase.

Unusable
I bought this product. It said it was like new condition. When I started it up for the first time, it required a locked pin to access the tablet. Then when I try to reboot it, it required the previous Google Gmail account associated with the device to set it up. An account which I did not have access to. As far as I can tell, there is no way to unlock this device or access it, so it seems as though it is completely useless. I also tried to register the device with Samsung website, but it says that it does not recognize the serial number or the model number. so I am at a complete loss of what else I can do. I will see if I can take it to a computer repair shop and maybe they can help me. I feel like if you’re buying a new used or refurbished product it should come ready to use or at the very least unlocked with no passwords passcode or pins needed to open the product.

Extremely slow
This tablet is so slow and un responsive it's not even good for a cheap tablet. Crashes on simpl apps and takes 10 minutes to load Spotify. Anyone rating this higher than 2 stars is doing a great disservice to others. This tablet is barely usable and should be taken of the market, nothing more than a waste of money. If you're trying to get rid of some excess cash go ahead and buy this or just send it to me instead. DO NOT BUY.
