Very pretty necklace purchased for my granddaughter who loved it. Looks expensive but was very reasonably priced.

the heart hangs upsidedown

The heart charm has a hole in it right though the center making it top-heavy so it always hangs upside down. I wish the hole for the chain was up a little closer to the top of the heart to prevent this. Otherwise it's great, I love the quality and I've been wearing it, sleeping with it and showering with it without any signs of wear and tear.

Very cute but arrived broken

When I received the necklace the clasp was broken off of the chain but I was able to grab pliers and put it back together. It’s very cute and dainty.
