I sharpened these before using and managed to slice my thumb 3 times. Good little knives but the blade has come loose on one of them.

Pairing knives
For the cost of these knives they are ultra sharp & easy to use. They have sliced through some hard fruit & veg no problem (also cutting my finger on the first use). They are used regularly & have stayed in one piece without falling apart. Over all they are value for money, easy to colour code & comfortable. A bargain in my opinion.

Comfortable to use and arrive sharp.
I thought it was overkill ordering six of the same knife but it's turned out to be really useful. No more hastily washing up a dirty knife when cutting veg etc for the next meal.
