This pillow is perfect! The heat and shape of the pillow is wonderful for my neck. I have tried numerous neck rolls and this one is the keeper! It’s not too hard or too soft!

After a month of use it got too hot to use after turning of the heat. Not for everyday use.

Definitely something you will have to get used to. I only use it when I'm having discomfort and only for a short period of time. It does what I need it to do but it is tough.

Very comfortable and soothing. The Heat feels so good on my neck. I like the USB plug also, because my sofa has a USB outlet right next to where I sit. so easy ..Highly recommend.

This ipillow I found very “hard” literally to lay on. It barely gives. The heat is great but it is like leaning on a brick. Unless I can figure out haw to make it more comfortable I am not going to be able to use it!

This product has helped relieve my neck pain and soreness. It is a perfect size not too small or too big. The three different heat settings work great for me. They are timed to lower the heat as time passes and finally automatically turns off. This is great if you fall asleep while using. The cord is long so it can reach an outlet.
