OMG!!! I recommend this product highly for several reasons. The first is that, these cups are durable and are able to be cleansed at home for reuse. The other reasons are, ever since I watched the movie cell with Jennifer Lopez where the freakiest villain was suspending in air by large gaping holes in his back with chains connected to them pulling his muscles. I have always been trying to find someone to not just push on my muscles, but to pull them. I've learned after spending thousands of dollars on massages and deep tissue and therapeutic and ashiatsu massages. That I didn't need a massage for my muscles. I needed my faccia released. And oh boy does this release it. I used the smaller suction cup high up on my shoulder and maybe 3 minutes and I can feel it clearing my sinus. Of course I go over the recommended time of use. But when I felt like taking them off, it is such a quick easy release by just pushing the black button on top left or right. The extended tube allows me to place them on my own back without assistance. This product is so worth the money and it's going to save me lots of money.

Pretty good cups. I'm a certified practitioner for MFD (cupping) and I work witg these cups in a Physical Therapy setting daily. I found the cups to be decent and thus far the are holding up fine. Still have to wash them by hand because but they clean easier than different cup types. Very similar to other cup models that you can get cheaper. Wish they had a curved cup or two and more variation of size we'd be ideal. My set didn't give me an even number of medium size cups neither which I found in my set. The pump is OK but don't press the male and female ends completely together of you won't maintain suction of the tissue. I think that's all. Overall nice set but less of an upgrade than I wanted.

Amazing set of cups with really easy to use instructions and absolutely stellar customer service! I had an issue with one of the silicone tips. I emailed the company directly on a Monday night and within less then 10 minutes I get an email back saying they will be sending me a replacement by the morning. If that doesn't scream "I BELIEVE IN MY PRODUCT" and will stand behind it at all cost then I don't know what does! Kudos to The Cupping Factory for having that level of dedication to their product and customers.

Suction isn't very strong, maxes at about 3 pumps. Cheap gun, cups feel cheap. If you're just learning or want a cheap set for self-care, sure, this works. But if you're a professional - I'd recommend spending more money or getting the other set that's a similar price with the silver and black gun and blue box.
