This product works really well. I have had a few versions of their trimmers which were also very good but gave out over several years of wear and tear ( they last long considering the price) I used this new version immediately upon opening and it . It trims nose,, ear hair really well. I highly recommend. Fine Products!

I owned this trimmer for 6 years before it stopped working, which I thought was a reasonable lifespan. When I went to buy another, I couldn't find any alternatives that matched my two favorite features: its ease of cleaning and the built-in light. So, I decided to purchase the same model again. While browsing the product page, I noticed it had a lifetime warranty. I emailed the company and received a response within 10 minutes, directing me to fill out a warranty claim form. I submitted the form, and just 10 minutes later, my claim was approved. The replacement arrived at my door within 3 business days. I'm incredibly impressed by the outstanding service and the quality of the product itself. I wish all my purchases came with this level of customer care and focus. I highly recommend this product and the company behind it.

Does a great job, easily and quickly! I’ve never had it pull a hair, and it really gets everything quite short it you work at it a bit. It’s perfectly safe, you don’t need to be able to see what you’re doing in order do do a good job.

This trimmer works very well. It was purchased in 2018. In 2021 it began to make a grinding sound and was not cutting well at all. I figured the blade needed to be changed, even though the trimmer is not used very often.I went to the paper work I got with the unit (I save everything) to see what blade to order and noticed a paper inside that said lifetime warranty, call/email if there are any issues. I saw no info on new blades. So I thought I would email Toilet Tree and see if I could get a new blade.Thinking that the company would be out of business by now or that they would give me the standard, "wear and tear" line, I was pleasantly surprised.I sent an email to Toilet Tree describing the issue and asking them to please advise. The next day I received an email from Toilet Tree asking me for a mailing address so they could send me a new product. No questions asked, no pictures etc. I did not even have to send the old one back.The next day I received another email with a tracking number, telling me the new trimmer was on its way.That is superior customer service. This company stands behind their products. Obviously the product will not last forever, but by replacing it when it breaks, it technically does last forever. :) You cannot miss if you buy this product. It does not get any better then that.

Mechanically this unit works much the same as the rotary Panasonics which I have used for years. This unit is, from top to bottom, better constructed and works quietly and smoothly. Other than better performance, the other major difference is in cleaning. When the top black cap is removed, this manufacturer recommends to NOT remove the inner blade for cleaning which I suspect in previous models would contribute to the blades dulling prematurely. Now simply remove the black cap with the blades still in it and rinse the black cap under a stream of water. The light is a nice touch but I have not found it all that useful as yet. This unit costs a bit more than similar units, but in my opinion well worth the extra couple of bucks.

This item arrived quickly and worked fine the first time I tried it. On the second use however, the power button no longer worked and when I finally got the unit on, the only way to turn it off was to remove the batteries. I contacted TolietTree customer service and they immediately got a second unit out to me without any hassle. This unit seems to work fine and will update this review once I have some time using it.I would not hesitate to purchase from TolietTree again. (five stars)UPDATE - 15 months after the above review and purchase, this unit simply stopped working. It was fine while it worked but now I am back to shopping for a new one. 3 stars for just over a year of working plus the great price. My previous unit, a Panasonic, lasted 11 years so perhaps it is time to return as it seems you get what you pay for.

I have bought several hair trimmers in the last couple of years. They all work great the first time but the poor materials and design causes them to fail. In most of them the power switch gets stuck after a few uses and you need a tremendous effort to slide the switch. I have taken them apart to see cheap materials taht are hopeless to fix. Then comes this product. It has a pushbutton which is effortless. The on-off switching is appears to be electronic, not mechanical, which should give the pushbutton a long life. I can't attest to how long will it last but it looks promising. The only little downside is the use of two batteries which make it wider.

Not only does this work great and easily assembled but it comes with a lifetime guarantee. Hard to believe for such a small price. My husband is in love with it. Would give it 10 stars if I could.
