Works like it should
These pills are huge. Once you get past that, they work well. I have less cravings, eat less at meal time and snack less as well. I don't know if I've lost any weight but I like how they control everything else.

It does suppress my appetite as it says it will do but I just started it so I will update after a Lil to see if any weight loss occurs. But with saying that it does suppress my appetite I'm saying I will lose some pounds.

Please read the ingredients very well
Do not be like me. I did not read the part that says it has shellfish. I have shellfish allergy. Although I don't react with anaphylaxis, any type of shellfish gives me severe itching. I have no doubt the product will be a great one except that I am allergic to shellfish. I now have my spouse trying it out to see if it curbs the appetite especially with carb-loaded food.The price point seems affordable and a great deal.
