It works as described and is user friendly

I bought it as a gift for my father, who is a runner. He loves it. It's very durable. He said he doesn't want to try wearing it in the rain because he thinks it will absorb the water. I was impressed by the quality of the materials, but I that is what I expected from Reebok. The adjustability is what makes him prefer it over no-name brand weighted vests.

This vest is incredibly low quality and a total waste of money the clips come loose way too easy and are big and bulky for no reason the straps to tighten it come loose after a small amount of use and the worst part of all the sand sinks to the bottom of the vest as there is no devision between parts it also completely failed even at the tightest settings to fit me properly and it repeatedly slammed all of the pooled sand into my stomach when I attempted to run or even jog with it do not buy this even for the cheap price it’s listed at

Easy to put on, comfortable weight distribution, stays on well. Great for at home exercise or walking!

The vest is comfortable and breathes well. The black border on the edge needs to be sewn with nylon thread instead polyester thread. The border is already pulling away and I am having to make repairs. If you purchase this vest pick it up under the armpit holes not buy the neck area edge or you will put too much stress on the border edge. I purchased this vest as it is heavy enough to provide extra resistance doing exercises but not so heavy as to aggravate my arthritis. It also looks like an exercise vest not a military vest. My other vests resembles body armor and got tired of people giving me weird looks on the river trails. Being retired Army I feel no need to wear military looking vest as been there done that...

This should only be considered by someone who does not intend to use the vest regularly, certainly not daily. The stitching began coming loose the first day I put it on, and the problem has only grown over time. Luckily, so far, no sand is leaking from the pouches, but I imagine that will be the next part to go, and once it does, I'll have to replace the entire vest. Also, the sand inside is free to move from compartment to compartment, so it tends to settle at the bottom over time. I have to turn it upside down and shake it until the sand redistributes evenly. Still, it does what it claims to do: weigh 20lbs. The buckles haven't broken yet and it is reasonably comfortable to wear. It dries out fairly quickly when you sweat into it, and so far, I haven't detected any noticeable lingering smell. If I had it to do over, I'd buy a more expensive version from another company.
