Dr. Martens Unisex 2976 Chelsea Boot

This is my third pair of Docs and they are so cute. I have the platform black chelsea boots and I wanted something a little more casual/everyday so these brown boots with a smaller platform were perfect. I find that with their chelsea boots, the breaking in process isn't as brutal. These didn't hurt my feet at all like the lace up boots did for me in the beginning. They are typical docs sizing which for me always run large. I wear a size 9-9.5 typically, and I always get an 8 in these. The brown leather is so pretty and is supposed to look worn in as you wear them, which I can already see on day one. If you want your boots to look brand new all the time, I would go with the black ones instead.

Fit well. Same as in the store with half the price.

The boots still have the character of classic Docs with the sleeker slide-on style. The only note is that they are difficult to put on and take off. It takes some time to break it in for a bit easier on & off. The inside of the shoe is very tall (the space from the top of your foot to the underside of the top of the shoe) so I could not get any bigger size for the ankle part or the shoe wouldn’t fit.

I’ve gotten Doc Martens before but the back cut into my heel and I wanted to give them another chance for this winter. I was a little nervous but they are so comfortable and need just a little work from my end stretching out the ankle because they’re a little difficult to put on at first. Otherwise, they fit perfect even with my wide feet! I can wear some thick socks in the winter and my feet will still be comfy.

Love these boots! Super comfortable and easy to clean! I wear them to the job site for work and love being able to slip them on and off but still having a durable work boot. They stay in good condition even after being in the mud. When i wear them to the store after work I don’t feel like i came straight from a job site because they are so cute!

Have high arches tried different sizes but caused pain to wear them for any length of time they were cute though

Super nice pair of Docs. These are my first Doc Martens boots. They were individually wrapped in tissue & stuffed with tissue. Wore them all day with no issues.
