Responsive Customer Service Resolves Bag Issue
I am keeping my initial thoughts inside the double quotes below. I've experienced excellent customer service from this company. They offered a replacement with quick shipping, no strings attached. The velcros in the replacement are much better and resolved the issue. While I miss the quick-release side pocket, it's not a deal-breaker. I'll soon add pictures of my camera and gear arrangement inside the bag to assist others. And yes I recommend this bag."The outside appearance of the bag is awesome, aside from a slightly tilted handle (which wasn't a deal-breaker for me). However, my excitement turned to disappointment when I discovered that the Velcro inside the bag is not strong enough to hold my valuable camera gear, including my Nikon D750, Tamron 24-70mm G2, Sigma 135mm f/1.8 DG HSM Art Lens, Prime 50mm (Nifty-Fifty), a camera flash, Nikon battery charger, spare battery, and camera lens cleaner pen. It's possible that the one I received came with weak Velcro, but regardless, I cannot recommend it for DSLR camera and standard gear use like mine.If you're using a standard point-and-shoot camera or a small drone, you might consider it (although the bag seems large for that purpose). As a non-biased reviewer, I'm giving it 2 stars and hope the company will address the issue with the Velcro quality in the future."

Too small for my needs
This product felt well made and I would have kept it, but it seemed smaller than the description.It's a great camera backpack someone that doesn't have much gear, but for me it didn't work.I feel that it would provide a lot of protection for the contents inside.

I was looking for a nice medium camera bag, and that one was the right choice. It’s not big, but fit all the gears I need in most of my shootings.
