Don't get me wrong, my desktop humidor is still great for keeping my cigars around, but this has leveled up my experience. No longer hindered and limited to a few dozen, I have bought boxes of cigars with confidence that they will only get better, rather than dry out in my home. Variety is now at my fingertips, and I save money in the long run, plus it looks amazing in my living room.

I like how this humidor was packaged and shipped. Very well protected. Probably the best protection I’ve seen in shipping something with glass and electronics. It looks just as advertised and well made. I have two different temperature and humidity sensors inside to corroborate the one that came with it. The two I bought from Amazon are within less than 2 degrees difference but the built in one is off by at least 10 degrees (higher). The machine is very quiet. My biggest issue is with the built in temperature sensor. I have set it at 65 but it has never gotten to that. According to the digital display. Right now the display shows 59 and the two sensors I put inside say 62 or 61. I’m not sure if it’s reading the ambient temperature in my bar, but that is my guess. Overall I like it except for the incorrect sensor readings.

The fan, cooling/warming, system appears not to work as advertised. I received the humidor approximately one week ago. The cabinet, interior/exterior is perfect. I plugged the fan system in the day i received it. I set the temperature at 68 degrees. The digital thermometer has never gone past 59 degrees. I have left the cabinet door closed purposely to get the temperature above 59 degrees. Is there something that I have missed?? I read the closed directions which do not show how to trouble shoot anything..

The product its self gets a 1 star. However the customer service was exceptional, which is why I gave 3 stars. The unit came with a damaged door, and a broken leg. I also noticed several issues with the cooling system. I left the unit sealed for 5 days with (3) 320gr 72% boveda packs. During this time the humidity would fluctuate from 57%-72% RH. The temperature control was also off by 6-7 degrees. My calibrated thermometer inside would read 68-70 degrees, while the unit showed 60-61 degrees. In order to get the unit into a cooling cycle I would have to set the control to 57-59 degrees. It would run for a short time, then the cycle would stop. The actual temperature inside would be around 63-64 degrees and the RH would drop into the 50% range.Customer service was great, and ultimately I decided for a refund.

Tremendous product for cigar lovers. It has enough space, you can move and remove the slats to your liking and so accommodate cigars or boxes. They have a small tube in the back so that excess humidity (water) can escape and not damage the products.
