I've used this mole many times, but I wasn't able to find it in stores when I needed it, so I had to pick some up online. It's very easy to use and tastes great. Very authentic.

Very close to the original thick and chalky stuff in the jar. I still enjoyed it and would buy it again.

I didn't really like the taste. It was a bit chalky tasting. And it was brown and not dark dark brown like the traditional mole is. Husband hated it. What I did like is that it was not overly spicy. It was mild in spice but not tasty.

I bought this to make chicken mole enchiladas. It was good straight out of the carton. The size was perfect to make a dozen enchiladas. I found myself scooping up as much sauce as possible when I served them. Very tasty mole with a wonderful silken texture. Perfect spiciness and sweetness. I will definitely buy this again.
