So far, it's held up to me standing on it a few minutes a day. Seems easy to clean by wiping off. We'll see if it lasts.

I bought this because it is supposed to help with neuropathy. Reading the reviews there were people who stated it was uncomfortable to stand on due to the irregularity and firmness of the bumps on it. Maybe it’s because I go barefoot a lot, but I have no problem standing on it. You may find it more comfortable to wear socks with it, and to start standing on it for shorter periods of time. I think it is helping my neuropathy, but I haven’t had it long enough to determine for sure that it is helping.

Small but perfect size, great for standing on when doing dishes! I personally don’t think this is hard to stand on, and was wishing it was a bit more aggressive, but my husband thought it was pretty aggressive. I guess it depends on how much your feet are used to going barefoot. Got this per Katy Bowman’s recommendation for transitioning to barefoot shoes! Will probably buy more of these!!

I would give this three and a half stars.I was looking for something a bit more intense and this is pretty gentle.However this does apply some pressure and will work until I can find another firmer mat.
