Plenty of power, great battery lfe
I got this just in time to install a shower seat in a porcelain tiled shower. The new seat is larger than the old one, so the mounting holes didn't match up. If you've never had to drill through tile, it is not a quick job. This drill handled it with ease. I started with the 2.5a/h battery, I don't remember how long it lasted, but I had to stop a few times for a breather (I'm a senior, frequent breaks needed lol). I've also used this on a few more typical projects around the house, and it's solid and powerful. Of course, before I bought it, I did some research. CR rated this at the very top, along with 2 Makitas. All the other brands were ranked below. And, this was a good deal cheaper. The Kobalt beat it on price, but only came with 1 one battery. By the time you buy a second one (and I learned over the years, you need a second one), the price is right up there. Absolutely recommend.

I purchased this as a gift for my Son. I've owned one for 3.5 years and works flawless!
The 24 volt power of this Drill is incredible with almost 46 ft, lbs of torque, as it drilled 3 1/2 x 4.2" holes in steel siding before switching batteries. My 18 volt Bosch lasted 1/2 a hole. Flex tools are high quality as I'll place them in the same or better category as Milwaukie or DeWalt. 24 volts has more power, and now Flex offers batteries with twice the usage time as their original batteries I have.I was able to get him the Flex 1/2-Inch 750 Ft-Lbs Mid-Torque Impact Wrench to go with it. I currently own the 1/2-Inch 1,150 Ft-Lbs High Torque Impact Wrench Kit and find it very useful, although a little large for smaller needs. The same batteries work all tools, just different power levels. I highly recommend these tools.

Severely damaged item
All the drill engine oil or maybe the battery exploded but this drill came soaked in oil or some slimy liquid.

Mechanic use
Have used it to drill through 11 broken exhaust manifold bolts-4 from Fird and Chevy, the rest from dodge. I’ve also used for interior custom brackets without problems. Battery lasts great and drill doesn’t overheat
