I used this in my tea blends. It’s adds a nice spice undertone and is great for cold remedies. I wound up storing in a mason jar once I opened it to ensure freshness but the bag is resealable.

I can count on this brand of sticks and chips sizzling away while I fix my breakfast. The chips and sticks are put into a blue camping pot every few days. The aroma fills every room in my house.

It arrived quickly and there is instruction on how to make a tea with it. It's not good tasting but I do think it helps with blood sugars. Next time i will purchase it in a pill form

A little bit goes a long way. It has a nice gentle spice to it, ginger is roughly ground and unpeeled. It is not too fine so it doesn’t leave a residue in my tea when I use a tea bag which is a big plus. 4oz is way more product than I was expecting. I’m pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t cook with it unless I used an herb net.

This grated ginger was exactly what I needed for teas and soups, very small pieces and not powder. They fit a bunch into the tiny pouch which filled my 2 cup container.

Used these for a little extra something on Christmas cookies I made this year. Dipped orange flavored shortbread cookies in dark chocolate then sprinkled these dried orange pieces on the chocolate. Looked great and tasted delicious. Big hit!!
