Ok for some exercises but not for others
I bought these resistance bands because they were inexpensive.Although there are lots of different resistance levels, they are very narrow, so not always comfortable. For example, they roll in on themselves when doing something like a banded donkey kick.The resistance levels are good but their with restricts performance. The lighter ones don’t feel too durable.

miltiple bands in one pack
used them for home exersise, and found them really great with multiple level of work outs. each band flexibility and streching streangth is different, which allow multiple workouts.
