I follow a carb cycling diet which works well for me. On my low carb days, I use these to replace things like pasta, spaghetti, tagliatelle, noodles and rice.They are much nicer and have a more pleasant texture than other konjac varieties I've tried. They're also versatile, filling, a decent portion size and they're quick and easy to prepare and cook.I bought these when they were on offer so they were pretty good value for money too.So far I've tried these with things like chilli, bolognese, ragu, sweet and sour chicken/pork, king prawns in a creamy sauce, stir fry, noodle bowls, tofu in tomato sauce - lots of dishes! Of course they're not the same as the real thing, but they're still perfectly pleasant to eat.I will be purchasing again.

I rinse these and mix them into stir fries, they taste good when cooked this way and mixed into a sauce. No funny smell and very easy to heat up too. They are surprisingly filling considering how low calorie they are. Perfect when trying to lose weight.

I like everything about these noodles. Been following a low carb diet and find that these are great in low carb soups to make me feel fuller. The texture is great, no smells, really quick and easy to use as they come ready to serve. Have just ordered more, plus the fettuccini and look forward to trying it.

Couldn't believe the size of the "box" very small portions. gram for gram compared to supermarket not comparable. Check out my reviews this is the first 3 star usually 5 star as there is always something good to say about an item.
