I had tested a few wifi 6 and 7 routers and this worked right away and the setup required around 20mins to setup everything including the firmware update. Going from wifi 6 to a 7 made a significant difference and improvement for wifi and sometimes even on Ethernet.It reaches the same speeds as the newest spectrum WiFi 7 router they now offer paying per month, this is easily the best replacement for owning instead of paying infinitely for theirs.My service has had 3 issues this past week, and I assumed it was the router but that wasn’t the case, my Netgear has not had any issues at all (neither did my old WiFi 5 router from Netgear).The tower is sturdy and has great signal strength as well as seamless smart connection switching from 2.4ghz to 5ghz the closer you get to the router. I’m not entirely sure if it was MLO in the newest update, or if it even has the feature for it.The price was fair for what I am getting, I did save a few $ from a discount, but overall it was worth the investment, the bonus 30 day Armor trial was good to test as well.

From setup to operation it really took less than twenty minutes, and that includes disconnecting the old router and updating firmware of the nighthawk router. Using the nighthawk app is very straightforward and user friendly. Network speeds did increase from the ISP router and now we have guest network functionality and improved security with help from the armor backed by bitdefender firewall. That is the greatest benefit is protection for all the peripheral or IoT devices in the home like cameras which are scanned and safeguarded from hackers now. Will continue to use nighthawk products in the future!

The coverage is excellent, easily reaching every corner of my home without a hitch. Setting it up was a breeze thanks to the Nighthawk app, and the built-in security features like NETGEAR Armor give me added peace of mind. While it doesn’t include the 6GHz band that tri-band routers have, its performance on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands more than makes up for it. Overall, it’s been a great investment for upgrading my home network and improving everyday connectivity!

I bought this to replace an older V5 netflix router. So far it has provided better speed and more coverage than my old router. It was easy to setup.

I’m getting faster, Internet speeds, but really hard to set up.

My family was tired of slow internet. Not only is it fast, reliable, and can handle multiple devices at once without skipping, buffering, or freezing, but it has the ability to level up your Internet experience. You can create a guest WiFi so you don't have to worry about giving out your passwords to other people, you can control what devices have access to you internet and set parental controls and limitations for each device, plus block devices from access the Internet all together. In summary, if you want a router that is going to have a modern answer for modern problems this is the way to go.

Very good router, very easy to install and has great range. Updated an older netgear nighthawk product. Technology just keeps moving on and you have to keep up with it and this is a step in the right direction. Highly recommend this router.

Upgrade from an older NightHawk Ac3200 and man this thing is great. Strong and reliable signal. Setup was easy too!
