As a living alone man, I have experienced potentially life-threatening choking incidents, when I realized there were anti-choking devices available, I immediately started researching the best unit.I have purchased several choking rescue devices before and they were difficult to use on my own and did not have enough suction and lost their grip quickly.I feel this is the best product for those who live alone and are choking.The device itself is very sturdy and looks well made. It looks like something you would see in a hospital. It comes with 3 masks, two large and one small,they can fit snugly on the face.I have tested this device on myself several times and while I hope I never have another choking event, I feel better with this if it does.It has good, consistent, reliable suction and should work well to clear blockages.This product is one-way suction and will not push blockages into the lungs.It is best left pre-loaded so it will work quickly when you need it.

This choking device is one you'll be happy to have on hand but hope you don't ever have to use it. The instructions are pretty simple and we went over how to use it with our kids. This device comes with attachments for kids and adults.

Absolutely wonderful price for peace of mind! Thankfully have never had to use this, but the suction power seems sufficient and it is simple and easy to use. Makes a great gift!

I wanted to have this for adults and children in my household. However, I’m not able to get the adult mask off. I assumed the masks would be interchangeable. No instructions for doing this came with the device.

This choking rescue device from Jointown is impressive. It's the kind of product you hope never to need, but having it when you do could save a life - maybe yours. I have been home alone more than once and come close to choking on food. I'm keeping this one in our home.It comes with a nice clear carry case - pouch and 3 masks each in plastic bag along with the 1-piece main device. The device has basic instruction on the main device protected by a clear plastic film. 2 steps - 1. press the top to the limit and rotate (>>>>) clockwise (Ready to pop out). 2. Turn this cover counterclockwise (<<<<<) (pop out).And that's pretty much it - you do have to attach appropriate size mask and they include masks of different size to fit from infantsVery simple in automatic mode. Many people could figure it out without reading the instruction card included. One of the 2 adult masks is so you can test the product and learn how to use it while still having a clean, unused mask ready for an emergency. Some of the instructions could be better worded - probably written by non-native English speaker.There is also a QR code linking to USA FDA Eastablished Choking Rescue Protocols.There are other devices to assist in choking rescue - while I've not tried others, from what I've seen, this is a newer and better design that most anywhere around this price point. I think this one would be easier to understand, setup and use than other designs. 5-stars!

I pray I never have to use this, but you can never be too cautious. This is a life-saving device that every household should have. It’s something worth having several of—one at home, one in the car, even one to carry when you’re out. The price is truly priceless when it comes to saving a life. I took the time to learn how to use it, and I recommend everyone does the same. This device is absolutely essential, and I can’t stress enough how important it is to have it on hand.
