Great product but dented corners
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this item twice and both came in secure box but ends were slightly bent and damaged from either the storage or shipping. I was in a time crunch with finishing my kitchen so my contractor did as best as he could to straighten the dent on the corners back out and installed it. It looks very nice with my hood I purchased from a big box store. I needed more length since I have a higher ceiling. So this fit perfectly. End result looks good. Just was a bit frustrating dealing with two orders and a delay in my kitchen project. There are not many companies that supply just these extended vent pieces. Even my big box store could not get them. So this company is one you have to deal with. I wish they written back and addressed my concerns. They did accept the return of the worse dented of the two. So I guess that’s all I could ask for.
