SUNNEKO Glass Pipe with 7-Holes,Black

Have broken 2, simply cleaning the bowl with tissue paper

This glass pipe arrived in a black presentation box with "SUNNEKO" emblazoned in gold letters on the lid. The box looked a bit like it had "been on a long paper round", which is a shame because it's quite a nice box and if you were wanting to give it as a gift it would not create a good first impression.Apart from that, the pipe itself looks pretty cool and appears to be made from "blown glass" as there are no visible "casting" marks to be seen. The glass is quite thick and there is a reasonable amount of weight to it. It feels rather nice to hold in the hand. The bowl is a decent size and opens up into a "bulb" shape and through to the mouthpiece all in one piece. There are 7 holes in the bowl to let the air in and a hole on the side for controlling the draw. Also included is a packet of pipe gauzes (at least 10 but could be more, I haven't counted them).It smokes pretty well and the glass chamber helps to cool the smoke before it reaches your mouth. I suppose you could fill the "bulb end" with a little cold water if you wanted to increase the cooling effect. It says on the website that it can be cleaned by rinsing it with warm water but I don't know how well that would work with tar as it is sort of oily. That being said, I think it would be a long time before it needed cleaning due to the size of the chamber.This is a cool little pipe, it smokes well and I think the price point is thereabouts for the quality and functionality but it is a shame about the scruffy box for which I took off a star.

It's very aesthetically beautiful but more importantly it works a treat.It's lightweight yet super sturdy design makes it highly portable.There's virtually no heat build up to mention.You are supplied with some very useful stainless steel gauses which work a treat and you can use one gause for ages of you're careful with it.Even if you only use it for a weekend in The Dam it's worth £13.98. There's nothing stopping you from searching out a long pipe cleaning brush. It's relatively easy to clean and you can wash it in your sink.It arrives well packaged in a heavily foam lined box. It makes a lovely gift!

I honestly thought this would be good for pipe tobacco, but my partner told me, within seconds of my opening the box, that it looked like a cr**k pipe and I'd get banned from family Christmas if I brought it to my in-laws' house.I'm sure there's a downside.

I received this product through the Amazon Vine programme and this review is based on my own opinions.I got this pipe in transparent glass and it looks and works just fine. Just need to be careful when using and the rest of the time it actually makes for a nice ornament. I think the coloured ones loon even better for no extra costs. Good value item.
