Absolutely love this. At first glance, it appears very cheap and doesnlook like it would keep your drink cold for long or hot for long... however, this dispenser actually works... amd it works well. I believe thw longest it has held our hot coffee hot was about 6 hours. My wife made coffee and filled this up about 3/4 full. I took it to work with me for me and my crew. It lasted us quite a while in the 40⁰+ degree weather. So yeah, it definitely works. I haven't tried anything cold in this one yet as it's not summer and I want to keep stuff warm/hot. Definitely a nice size for parties or whatnot. Capacity is definitely enough. Cleans very easy. Just rinse and wipe. Not very durable, so I would avoid dropping it. It's mostly plastic.

This little baby really works and the temperature gauge on the body proves it!We filled it with ice water on a Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday, it is still cold! Overnight, it barely dropped in temperature after using more than half the contents the night before.We have been using this for large group activities in our home for over a month now.It has feet that fold under and pop out if you need to use it with taller cups- which allows dispensing on the counter versus OVER the counter. NO dripping- so impressed.We put hot Christmas tea in it and stayed hot till it was gone. The stainless inside keeps flavors out, in other words, you can't taste what was in it before.It is very professional looking with its black body which is molded- so no fingerprinting and the interior is stainless- shiny. It comes with a filter, so if you use it with juice, it will not get clogged.This baby is a beauty from the inside to the outside. Don't hesitate on this one. KEEPS THINGS HOT AND COLD just as advertised and with a bit of class. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!When I send reviews, I USE the product for at least a month before writing the review- not like others who write a review off looks and straight out of the box. This has been tested and passed with flying colors!RECOMMENDED! I wish that I had this years ago for all the hosting we have done.
