Seems to be working well. I take in a.m. and 2 hours before bed.

I really like this magnesium form and brand. I take it 2-3 hours before bedtime and have no issues.It helps me sleep and isn't stimulating like some magnesium types.I have a sensitive stomach and it doesn't aggravate it either (like cheap mag oxide)It's the only mag form that crosses the blood / brain barrier, so check out info on that for yourself (it's good, not bad!)

This worked well for me in terms of relaxing sleep. I'm not convinced, however, that this type of Magnesium has any effect on energy levels, unlike say the much cheaper Magnesium Oxide. But this is well worth trying if you are looking to get a better night's sleep.

Since I had kids, to remember things and sleep properly has a struggle until I stumbled on this supplement. I was not sure it would be effective at first but I’m glad I tried it anyways. Remember things better now and I sleep better. Feels like I’ll be having this supplement for a very long time. Great product.

Can't say I've found much of an improvement re: clarity, but have been sleeping a bit better. I've tried several brands and they are all pretty much the same apart from one brand which I felt much better on, but I can't get anymore. Will keep looking.
