Q: Why is my card not sliding in?

The spandex can be a bit tight out of the box. Don't worry! It will loosen up a bit over 1-2 weeks. Solution: Slide the card down and up repeatedly until it reaches the bottom. It should go all the way down. To remove cards, slide up with your thumb.

Q: Does it work with wireless charging?

You will need to remove your case to use wireless charging.

Q: Can I peel it off and re-stick it onto another case?

It’s meant for one-time use only. However, if you want, you can carefully peel it off and use super glue to re-stick it (at your own risk to your case).

Q: Can I stick it directly onto my phone?

Yep, it sticks well onto most phones (not matte or textured surfaces).

Q: Will it damage my case/phone if I peel it off?

It shouldn’t damage it, but it may leave some sticky residue. Peel it off carefully and slowly to minimize residue left behind. Then use Goof-Off or similar remover to carefully remove the residue.
