Perfect fit /IF/ you follow the instructions carefully
These are inexpensive, rugged (have hit them many times while clearing snow and ice), good-looking, and they work well without having to mar the exterior or damage paint. I had them on my old 2005 F250, now have them on my 2020 F250, and will get them for my next one as well.BUT, you do have to install them properly, and the instructions don't make that clear ahead of time.I first installed them completely in the window channel the way I did with my 2005, but the flanges on the ends blocked the windows from raising all the way, and the only way to get the windows all the way up was to make the installation a three-person job: one person to control the switch, one person to hold the flanges back, and one person to physically force the window to the the very top with rubber/grippy gloves. Even leaving the windows up for five days didn't help. Then I saw the review titled "Window kept Hitting these visors - but here's the trick !!!" from 2018, which offered more detail on the installation. But I it still didn't get it until I saw the installation video at letstruck.com.HERE'S HOW TO DO IT:For step 3 in the AVS instructions, put the flanges /outside/ the weatherstripping, in between the door metal or mirror frame and the weatherstripping, not in the channel. One installation video shows the installer using a plastic prying tool to carefully expand the gap between the door and the stripping, and that's when it made sense. Only after the flanges are secure, outside the weatherstripping, do you put the adhesive section inside the weatherstripping in the window channel where the window goes up and down. Many thanks to the author of "Window kept Hitting these visors - but here's the trick !!!". They explained it perfectly, as does the AVS manual, but I didn't get it until I saw it being done. And after that it's obvious, and the instructions make complete sense in hindsight.

Dosn't allow the window to fully close and leaves to big a gap to keep rain from entering .....
"Low profile" looks good but the visor does not allow the window to close - when window gets rolled up it jams the side tabs and bounces the window back down. You either need to leave your window an inch below the bottom of the visor - ergo - it does not stop rain from coming in OR you need to reach over the door frame and pull the visor away from the window slightly then hold it and use your other hand to slowly roll the window up - try doing this in the rain with your door open. This product does not work as intended - find some thing else. The kicker is I have had these in a previous vehicle many years ago and they worked fine - SO AVS WHAT HAS CHANGED?????

Window kept Hitting these visors - but here's the trick !!!
My Husband had the issue of the window hitting these visors so he took them off, really disappointed. After seeing other reviews his awesome wife reinstalled them. So here is the awesome wife talking : The trick is that end flanges on the front set (not sticky) and the front flange on the back set (also not sticky) have to be inserted between the metal/plastic of the door and the rubber of the window (NOT in the channel like the sticky parts). The trickiest is the very front flange that goes between the black plastic that holds the mirror and the rubber. If you don't get it right the window will hit the visor every time. Here is the order from the outside for the flanges ( 1 Metal or plastic on the truck - 2 Flange - 3 rubber - 4 window glass). The sticky parts can then go in the channel. Once installed that way you just have to do a manual override on the window kickback (hold window up button all the way) and your window should adjust after a few days. Window kickback is a temporary problem, if the window is actually hitting the visor the flanges are in the channel instead of where they need to be. Works perfect now and didn't take a lot of elbow grease once I knew what to look for.

Bad fitment- Ford Superduty
I ordered these for my 2020 Superduty because i had a set on a previous vehicle (2008 Tacoma) and loved them. There were several reviews about fitment not being right and the constant window kickback. The item arrived as described. I followed the directions, reviewed multiple installation videos before install. I did struggle with the kickback to get the windows seated, then left them up for 3 days. ALL 4 windows still fail to close. These WILL NOT fit 2017+ Superduty unless you alway keep the windows up or down. It is not worth mutilating the weatherstripping to attempt a proper fit. This just seems like lazy product design.

I’m on the fence with in channels versus original
Installed and found that these are tight. The windows in my 2019 super duty didn’t like them. Ended up breaking the front vents. Had I installed during the summer with the heat here in MN, they may have been better. Instead I trusted a short stint of 60 degree weather and they didn’t like that. I reordered the outside vents in hopes to install as soon as I get them. The back vents seem to be ok but I’m sure I’ll be taking them out and installing the outside ones instead. Kind of a waste of money for me but oh well. Lesson learned. Warmer weather for in channels. That’s what I recommend. Also keeping the windows shut on them for a few days would help too for adhesion and allowing the vents to adapt to the window.

Super tight fit
Easy installation, but was so tight in channels that the auto windows wouldn't close, and scratched the factory tint.

Great product highly recommend
The best around. Easy to install. Auto windows do still work if you follow the instructions when installingBetter than the ones that stick to the outside
