Are there 12 packs in this order or am I just ordering 1 bag?

In my case 15 packs were received, but the net weight per pack was 4 oz. instead of 5 oz., so the total weight received was equivalent to 12 packs at 5 oz. each for a total net weight of 60 oz.

If the product is from turkey is uses pork free gelatin, otherwise from any other country it uses gelatin made from pork.
