This laptop was worth every penny and some! The battery life is 13+ hours!!! I just use it for grad school so it being mostly web browser use is fine. Also my school and business emails are gmail so it’s perfect using the chromebook. I almost paid $600 for a laptop that I would be doing the same thing I’m doing now on this. Glad I got it. It’s also lightweight and easy to carry in my purse

Useful, light, portable, works really well. Super fast!Ideal for students junior high.

Does what I need it to do. Like that it's touchscreen and can convert into a tablet. Perfect size. My only issue is my wifi gets dropped a lot.

I have another one of these exact chromebooks. So I bought another to keep in my truck. The Resolution was very messed up. 280-360 at best. What made me realize it as I had bothered out and was moving files from one to the other. And the letters were not as crisp looking on my new one. The blacks were hugely different. I turned the brightness all the way up and all the way down to. Tried the contrast settings same thing the new one was funky looking. I'm trying one last thing before I raise hell with Amazon or acer one. Don't you just hate getting semi- big ticket item and it comes out the box messed up.....

it freezes up a lot. The only reason I got this one it was the cheapest I could afford and fast delivery which I needed it right away. But it is not all that great.

I had hp Chromebook very easy to sync . Great price great look. I use mine to shop pay bills etc. Also keeps me up to date on sports News politics.Ocassionally I download a few documents. I’m not a computer guy but for me it’s great. Go Bengals

It had good picture and sound but it lasted only about 3 months before it wouldn't power back on. It was a waste of money!

This little fella was my best friend. After my MacBook had to be in the shop for a few weeks I bought this to tide me over and just get basic computer work done. It works great for that and I then favored it as my primary ‘light work’ computer. It’s lighter and smaller to carry in my bag and I enjoyed using it for small tasks much more than my MacBook. It was way more comfortable to use as it’s lightweight and plastic. LOVE the touch screen and spin feature, so convenient. I didn’t expect to love the apps I could get, but I soon found myself enjoying playing mobile games on it. Did it keep up great, lightning fast? No. But it was just fine for what it was and for the price. Truly loved it much more than expected. Used it daily.Bought in Oct 2021, now May 2024, it is done. The charging port got loose after about a year and then wiggled more and more. In Jan 2024 it started only charging if you held it in a certain position with some force, you know the drill. Annoying. Now the port has come off completely separate from the computer and can no longer charge. Everything else working fine, just no charging, so unusable. Looked at getting it fixed, estimated $150. I paid less than $200 for the machine, won’t be getting it fixed. I’m frustrated for sure but also not super surprised. Of course the warranty wore off Oct 2023 when it was still doing fine.Be careful of the charging port if you get this. I’m always careful but it still gave out. Just a loose connection. Battery life is great though, really happy with that. Good little guy for surfing, writing, doing assignments, streaming video, basic games. All the basic computer work. Nice little fella. Just don’t expect it to last too long.
