Has anyone else noticed a stronger mint, less tasty flavor than before? These don’t taste the same as the last 4 purchases.

I have not purchased these mints in some time. Please ask others to taste them as well. If you still have mints from a previous order, have others compare them.

Are these dark chocolate on the outside???

They are hard candy mint wafers almost an inch in diameter and a quarter inch thick...white in color...from Holland. These are not similar to Junior Mints or York Peppermint Patties. Wilhelmina Peppermints do not contain any kind of chocolate. I had them in Amsterdam in 2014 and I have loved them ever since.
