Q: Isn't this product suppose to be shipped with an icepack? My daughter ordered some and it did not come with one. Is her product still good?

When I have ordered it, it was shipped with an icepak. I can't tell you if the product is still good or not. That question should be directed to the manufacturer.

They do have an expiration date on them. I think I ordered mine in October and they expire in June.

While I am not looking at the label, aren't they required to list if there is? To me it is sweet - like cotton candy and I have been told that is the formula for me, but I know of no sugar. My Naturopath's office staff has indicated to me, that either the tastes is cotton candy to you or something that isn't enjoyable - which is why they have the pill form as well.

I don't know if Amazon keeps it refrigerated but I contacted Klaire labs myself and they said that it can go seven days being at room temperature without refrigeration and be fine, I was going away and was worried about taking it on the plane keeping it refrigerated that is why I called
