Q: How often can you use this?

Every day, recommended a couple times a week. I do the microdermabrasion every other week, but you can use more frequently. Just make sure you start on a low suction, and work your way up in suction. If you don’t, you get little hockey on your face.

Q: Is this safe for thin, sensitive skin?

It is rather abrasive and made my skin uncomfortable. All you're doing is using a course, metal circle on your face. It feels like a metal nail file. It may work for you but as I said, you're dragging it across your face and that may be ok for sensitive skin since each person because you control how hard to press on it.

Q: I need a replacement of the white plastic cap from the inside. How do I obtain one?

I think you have to look up their Spa Sciences customer support number to obtain the smaller parts if they dont have them on Amazon. Did you search "Spa Sciences accesories/parts" on Amazon ?

Q: What do you use on face after doing a treatment with my Mio?

It depends on the type of skin you have, I massage a face oil afterward.
