Worked Well in My Thirties
It worked for me in my early thirties. Back then, just one a day was all that was necessary to do the trick. Now in my fifties, with IBS-C, nothing really works anymore, but this is as good as Citrucel or anything else out there. I chose this brand because a doctor recommended it.I think if you are in a state of fight, flight or freeze all your life like moi, your poor wittew colon and intestines and tummy just don't know how to do what they were built to do anymore. Mine seem almost paralyzed since my survival brain hijacked the system and established a dictatorship. I hope for a revolution, but I'm not holding my breath.
