Q: Will it have a fitting for a 2004 volvo xc70? and will it help to have a compressor tp create vacuum?

The kit comes with lots of different fittings, I don’t know if it will work on your car for sure but it most likely has the correct fitting. The kit comes with a vacuum pump as well that works good so you shouldn’t need to use an air compressor.

Q: Does this work on older vehicles as in a 1986 chevy k30?

Yes. It has all the fittings for older vehicles

Q: Will this fit my Volkswagon and Audi coolant system?

Yes, when I worked in the bodyshop I repaired atleast 2-3 vw/audi's and never had any problems with the adapters.
