Good Sugar Control Tea
This tea formulation seems to work well and the taste is palatable. There is a slight celery overtone but not to the point to where it's off-putting. Generally effective for sugar control as evidenced by my own numbers. Strongly recommend 8 to 10oz. in the AM and the same in the evening. Can be prepared hot and cold. Sweeten with Monk fruit extract.

Tastes good
This tea taste pretty good. I don’t think the value is good for the amount of teabags you get. As far as how it impacts my blood sugar, I think just regular green tea and chamomile tea work just as good for far less money. I’ve added this to my regimen. It’s hard to tell if it’s had any effect.
