These are so easy to use. Now, if you have thick curtains, you may have to space them closer together to get a good hold, but I didn't have any problems whatsoever. They adhered to the wall easily, and they have a strong enough magnetic pull to keep the curtains in place. More importantly, it keeps the light out so it functions just as it's advertised.

Strong hold, even for outdoor use

So I’m not sure how these are supposed to work with adhesive only on one part of the two pieces. I must not be using them the way they were designed. I used Alien tape on the other side and they work ok but not great. Need another solution for closing the gap between the two curtains.

Strong magnet but it didn’t end up sticking on my wall for long to even keep it magnetized onto the wall which was the reason I bought this.

These magnets are no joke! They are so strong and they stick really well. We bought black out shades and they came with some magnets but I needed more. The price was amazing - I was preparing to drop way more money on these. You could use these for anything that you need to hold in place. Best magnets I have found.

Purchased for son who works nights and sleeps during the day. He had sun peeking in from the side and these magnets took care of the problem.
