The chair is decent sized
I'll make this as simple as possible,The chair is decent. The wings on the seat is completely not needed. All it is, is an annoyance. I haven't had a car seat that had wings on it.The padding is NOT firm, it will give out in 2-4 weeks. You will need to get a foam cover, or pillow seat to put over the chair. 24" is enough to cover the wings aswell. The chair is super easy to assemble. 12 screws, tool included, with extra screws. The hardest part is putting in the wheels, it was not designed for an easy fit like some other chairs. It's mildly annoying. It took me about 35 minutes, and I have decent experience putting chairs together. The longest and most straining part was putting the wheels in.The back of the chair just slides into the base, no screwing needed. It just slides in. Assemble it in the room you want it to be in. Don't try and carry it up the stairs, it is decently heavy, and the back is not screwed in as mentioned.Pros---Easy to put together-Tools included-Moderately comfortable-Decently sized-Decent chair-Pillows are firm-Chair feels high quality.-The arm-height is just high enough, but wish it was higher.-The arms can be adjusted horizontally a few inches backwards or forwards.Cons---The head-rest has virtually no wiggle room, and will not fit anyone above 5ft8inches. You will have to connect it all the way around the back of the chair for it to be comfortable if you're taller.-The chair sits relatively low to the ground, even on the highest setting, this isn't a problem if you stick your feet out. Even on the lowest setting, this is not a major problem.-The wings are just.. not necessary at all. They are uncomfortable and pointless.-The wheels feel like cheap plastic, but they work better than some high quality wheels in my opinion. They are smooth.-The chair is ridiculously heavy.-The material is in the middle. Not high quality, but not super cheap. It's like wanna-be leather with some padding.4/5 stars. Decent chair, good for almost anyone, of any height, almost any body type. Don't expect it to last very long, and don't expect the manufacturers to help you if it breaks.I've read the horror stories from people on amazon and off of amazon. It is not good. I contacted them before I got the chair just to ask questions, and read them reviews off of Amazon and they were extremely rude and tried to lie about it. They know they didn't make "that" good of a product. I believe it's a 5 year warranty, but they likely will not try and honor it at all if the chair breaks, just from my conversation with them. You can email them, call them, bug them, and they will not make any progress on it until they find an excuse not to accept it.I just got this chair, so I can't say how long it will last, but I take good care of all of my stuff. I have a 10 year old office chair from home depot I got for $60 that's still kicking, for reference. From assembling it and sitting on it, playing with the settings, I'd imagine it will last a couple of years if you take care of it, if not longer. Like with every chair, don't expect the gas canister that makes it go up and down to work for very long. Try the chair on the lowest setting. If you like the base, and the chair itself, you can get a new gas canister/wheel base that will fit, and keep using the base of the chair/back if it's comfortable to you.Seat itself is around 22 inches, with the wings it's like 24ish inches. This will fit a majority of people. You can adjust the arms out pretty far, 31 inches apart at its highest setting. However, the wings will still be at that 24inch mark, and they are annoying. If you're a bigger person, say 280--350, this chair might be 1-2 inches too small, because of the wings. I have not found a gaming chair above 22-24 inches on the base seat though, this is the biggest one I've found.Chair itself is not worth $200+ unfortunately. A fair price would be $120-$150 for the quality of material you get. I'm not sure why it was $220+, it's definitely over-priced. It's a chair with annoying wings that serve no purpose. The pillows for lumbar/neck might be a bit too firm. Luckily, I have other pillows for lumbar/neck support that are way more comfortable. But I'll try and break these in for a few weeks.4/5 stars. Decide for yourself if you want to buy it, Amazon has a return policy, you don't have to work with the manufacture, it may be 30 days, but you'll know within 30 days if it'll work for you. Dis-assembly is taking off 12 screws, and separating the wheelbase from the seat base. That's it.

It's a great chair! But...
Amazing chair, I bought it for my dad for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He 's a pretty well built guy that stands at 6'4" and weighs around 320 lbs. He's told me he can sit in it comfortably for hours, whether it's taking care of work or playing videogames with me and my brother-in-law. The only complaint he has is that he wishes the neck pillow didn't have to sit so low. If it could be moved up higher on the chair he would use it but since it's stuck going through the holes at the "neck" area (which sits around the middle of his back) the pillow just sits in the corner of his office. I put the chair together for him and it was very, very easy to assemble. It comes with all the hardware and tools you need to put it together and the screws are even pre applied with thread locker. Great chair, just a couple things that could make it perfect. All in all if you're looking for a well built chair to fit a heavier fella, I'd 100% recommended this one!

A good chair with a major flaw
Let's have a detailed look at this chair (or you just skip down to "major flaw").First impression -When you open the box everything was well packaged and nothing was missing. There was a little damage to one of the gear mechanisms where the back connects to the seat but I fixed this easily.Assembly -The tricky part was attaching the wheels. You have to push them in until they click and then a tiny bit more. If they are not properly seated the part will eventually crack and break. The rest went together rather easily.Fit and comfort -It is my opinion that this chair is good for someone with a very specific build.I bought this as a gift for someone who is 5' 9" inches (175.2cm) tall and weighs 350ish pounds (158kg), with a long torso and short legs. Their job was converted to telework during the pandemic and they always wanted a comfortable gaming chair for their home that could be used for 8 to 10 hours a day.As seen in the photographs the neck pillow was raised and not placed through the holes in the chairs back. The lumbar support is ok but slides easily so is constantly being adjusted. The support is ok if you have this body type and do not mind the need for frequent lumbar adjustments.Major flaw -The single largest flaw with this chair is with the seat. As seen in the photographs, you only have 18 inches (45.7cm) to fit your legs. The pieces on the each side of the seat are steel and will dig into you. It's almost as though it was designed by a person who is skinny and creates airplane seats for a living. Ordinarily this would have caused the chair to not get used, but they owned a royal purple ultimate seat cushion for their wheelchair and this provided enough of a cushion to ignore the "steel pincers of pain and discomfort". I ended up getting them a new royal purple ultimate seat cushion eventually.4 months later-The chair is holding up ok. The back has gotten a bit loose where it meets the seat but this part was slightly damaged to begin with. It has gotten at least 8 to 10 hours of use a day for 6 days a week so normal wear and tear is also a huge factor. The mechanism to raise and lower the seat is untested as it is always in the lowest position. I expect the chair to last about 6 months total before needing replacement. The only reason not to buy this chair again is the seat design. It is otherwise a decent chair. If they could remove the steel thigh pincers then it could be easily recommended. As it stands, we are considering alternatives for the next purchase.

Good Chair
After a car accident, I needed a lot more support and comfort than the standard desk chair.I happened to try out another model at an office supply store and really liked the RSP-110 Pro model that had the 155-degree tilt with infinite angle lock. Wish this model had it as well. I liked the other model, but realized I needed a slightly different format for the height of the back, lumbar support, and added chair space.I added an additional cushion to support my hips better, and with the additional height of the back it works out really well. Still wish for the angle lock, it tilts and I can put my feet up on a stool when I want though it does take a little effort.Only had a little bit, so we shall see how well it holds up over time.
