I took a chance and bought this before it had any reviews. I base nearly all my purchases on reviews and usually never buy anything less then 4 stars.First off I bought from smart team. The customer service is superb. I know,... I know your not suppose to leave seller reviews but you need to know product will work out and be reliable from moment your credit card is charged to installed. I had in issue with my light. The seller "smartteam" responded quickly, courtesiously and resolved my issue without a hassle. I was sent a replacement piece within the week. That cant be beat! It makes buying things online truly worth it.Now as for the light itself. Its quality, sturdy and gorgeous. I would not hesitate to buy again given all things considered. It was easy to install. The positive and negative was labeled. It had great packaging. I could tell it was not something cheap shipped from China.

Be sure to read the fine print before ordering. Even though it a prime product, it’s sold through a 3rd party which has been a horrible experience. This large chandelier arrived damaged, with broken glass shades, which was immediately notified to Amazon and a return initiated. It’s extremely large and heavy, requiring two people to lift. The return service had been a total joke and nightmare with both Amazon and the seller. I’m incredibly disappointed and will be cautious when ordering again.
