Asparagus, ginger, garlic, sunflower seeds,turmeric,etc. I think that taking pills for it just gives the placebo effect or might help slightly but that it's a habit forming crutch which is expensive and won't necessarily help any more than just eating the right foods. It did not help me after 3 months of taking it. I only started having less urinary issues when I quit trying to drink 8-12 cups of water a day and only drank when I was thirsty, and only ate when I was hungry and just listened to my body more. I also cut down on coffee/alcohol. Enemas also help a lot more than just taking pills because it massages the prostrate and encourages healing, sitting for long periods of time is the main culprit for this epidemic of prostrate issues.

Too darned expensive. But it really does work. I usually use Saw Palmetto, which I can get pretty inexpensively at any of the big box stores. But after a few months Saw Palmetto quits working for me, and I have to take a month off to let my body readjust. So I use the Ayurstate instead, during that month, and it works just as well as the Saw Palmetto. After a month of the Ayurstate, I switch back to the Saw Palmetto for a few months, to save money, since it's so much cheaper. The Ayurstate is just too expensive to use continually.

I have tried several other prostrate supplements only to find no results. I was beginning to think that all these prostate supplements on the market only prevented the prostate from getting worse and not really improving anything.The next day after I took Ayurstate I noticed significant improvement in my urine stream. This product works. There are many men who should be taking this product. I am 62 and have been having prostate issuues for about five years. i tried many different products and this is the only one that works. I have never written a review. I am doing this because this can help many men. You must have patience with herbs. It took about 4 weeks weeks to start seeing improvement in urine flow. At 60 days there was a marked improve. I have not had any infections for the past year. Give this 90 days and you will see improvement. I am a verified user. Remember have patience.

Well, one box won't cure anything and when I went back to order another, the product had been discontinued!
