People claim it doesn't work because they're plopping it up, not using the snap. I had only 1 snap- how can I get another? Look at what you're doing. Seriously? There are little square pieces in your package that hold up the end of the hangers. If yours is dangling you did it wrong. Look at the product photos.Amazon used to have a feature to allow us to comment directly on reviews. They removed it because they claimed it wasn't utilized but I doubt that was why. I was dissed often when I'd correct misperceptions- your "satin" thing here is not "delicate". It's polyester, satin is a weave, not a fiber, rayon is more delicate than silk when wet, blah blah blah…Will I have the same hate now when I say that of course it doesn't work- you're using it wrong! Don't blame the company for your mistakes, inability to read dimensions, shipping problems and NEVER tell people not to buy something. That's rude, it's advice/a demand, command, not a review.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying the sticky things don’t work. BUT! They're like command strips or gorilla glue, you have to let it sit for at least 20min and let it adhere to the surface before putting weight on it. Definitely can NOT fit 6 cups on each (hooks are too close together). With all this taken into account, they're not too bad! Don’t regret my purchase. 7/10.

This was the wrong size for under the cabinet but I used it instead for the shelving inside the cabinet. I use it to hold extra mugs that are taking up space. Looks great and it holds up really well and doesn't move.

I had to use alien tape to adhere to shelf! Then, the hooks were to close together for my cups. All I would have needed was some instructions!

They wouldn’t hold any of my coffee mugs. Sent it back

This product comes as advertised. I am giving it 4 stars because for me the hooks are too long and for my cupboard I could not get two layers of cups. One can see from the pictures how long the hooks are. It has been repurposed to hang scarfs in the closet.

I have one on each side Of my cooktop and it makes cooking 10x easier being able to just grab the tool I need right there, as well as cleaning up drawer space, highly recommended.Only thing I would say is if you are renting your place don’t use the sticky pieces because they are EXTREMELY hard to peel back off and you really don’t need them anyway, I have quite a bit of weight on mine and they hold just fine !

I used this in my bedroom closet to hang belts. It's easy to install and use, feels sturdy. I wish it was a little more sturdy, like I wish the metal was a little more angled so that it would use the metal pressure to stay attached to the wood shelf underside instead of the stickers, I think that would have been a better design. Still, it's ok to use.
