1 pill gave me rapid heart beats and cause anxiety. Also raised my blood pressure. It’s unfortunate that this is non returnable and it cost a lot. I have no use for it. I don’t recommend.

This product did work to help manage my heart arrhythmia. However, it has a blend of several different forms of magnesium. It made me very drowsy during the day, even if I took it the night before. I had to go back to using the brand Natural Vitality Calm magnesium powder.
