Good Product, little bitnkore expensive that cheaper plastic alternatives but this has a better feel of quality about it. Only reason I'm not giving it the 5 stars is for some reason it flickers on one of my TVs but works fine on the others. Any ideas?

Who has an Apple with only USB C knows that you need something like this.What I liked:- All 3 ports work fine- The possibility to charge while using it- Good constructionWhat could be better:- I think the connector may fell a bit lose from the USB C port. I had no unintended disconnection, though.

I use this at home to plug my MacBook 12" into an external monitor, external hard drive and power; apart from an occasional curious phenomenon where the unit beeps persistently and needs to be unplugged and replugged, it works perfectly well.I had hoped it would also work with my new iPad Pro 11", but the plug is a really tight fit and it failed to activate the external monitor. At the same time the charging symbol flickered on and off and (at this point I gave up) a symbol showing the adaptor appeared and the iPad froze and needed a reboot.So, I'll keep using it at home (wouldn't want to rely on it elsewhere) for a while, but I'll end up buying an extra Apple multiport adaptor so that I can plug the iPad into the external monitor. Shame, but I guess it's a third of the price of the Apple one.

Does what I want it to do which is to turn an old android phone into a TV computing device (or non-smart TV into a smart one). Have had only a few HDCP issues but starting to notice some image quality problems after a few months use. I have swapped out the HDMI cables and it pops up now and then. As long as it is static and not used for mobile purposes it is fine and effective.

The adapter is very compact and works like a charm. Most of the body is actually aluminum so it seems very sturdy and has a very good finish (and also matches my aluminum laptop, which is a plus). The USB-C plug is actually plastic, but it has an aluminum like finish that matches the rest really well

The ideal plug & play power, USB 3.1 & HDMI I/O adapter accessory for devices with a USB-C connector. Works flawlessly with both my Galaxy S9 phone and MacBook computer without any issues. It's also very compact and appears to be well made with an aluminium casing and good quality connectors. Happy to recommend.
