Quality of product seems good, but there's only one very large problem. There are a few parts that need assembly, and every word on the box, every word of instruction is in JAPANESE. No English at all. I cannot figure out how to insert the fan, etc. There was a support e-mail address, I wrote them numberous times about the problem and they did not reply.

When it worked, I loved using it, because I was so comfortable and found myself more able to write for hours on end. The problem: The quality of the materials and construction are crap and I was frequently having to glue it back together. Everything that could fall off DID fall off at some point, beginning on the day I got it out of the box, and eventually a piece snapped off completely. I'm still toying with the idea of repairing it (YET AGAIN) with a high-quality epoxy, but I wouldn't spend the $125 I paid when I bought it, and I certainly wouldn't pay the $300 sellers are asking for it, now. It would MAYBE be worth it if it weren't constantly in need of repair, but alas...

I am grateful for the Thanko Gorone as it's just what I needed for my work, however it's a bit rickety and awkward to adjust. I think the manufacturer could improve this product to make the arms more sturdy and user-friendly.

It seemed very expensive, but it really does let you work with your computer at almost any angle and is definitely worth the investment for anyone who works at home and wants to vary positions.

Good in concept, but the adhesive connecting the legs to the table quickly failed such that the legs could become loose and disconnect from the table. Once when using a very expensive laptop on the stand this happened, and fortunately I caught the laptop before it could be damaged, and then threw out this product, because like so many other cheap consumer products I have found here on Amazon and elsewhere, they have proven to be worth very little within a short period of time.

Great idea, but oddly bad implementation. They get a lot of things right, which makes the obvious failures even more frustrating. It's not pleasant for using a 15" or 17" laptop or typing on with a bluetooth keyboard and a tablet, it feels unstable and it shakes/moves as you type.Cons:- Table top is shallow. It needs a few more inches to fit modern laptops comfortably.- Table top is VERY bendy. You put even a drink on the table top and it deflects quite a bit. It's not deflecting at the beefy joint, it's that the metal table top has NO stiffening running out to the edge from the joint, so it does what thin metal does, it bends. It's utterly absurd. It basically ruins the entire experience of this table, making me feel like my things are going to slide off and making me worry about the metal retaining its bend if I put too much pressure on it.- Legs are laterally wobbly. The leg joints are very well engineered and work great in the vertical direction but laterally there is too much give and take and it makes the entire structure feel wobbly. Combine this with the table top deflection and this feels very rickety.- Powder coating job is good, but I can't imagine it would remain pristine for long when in contact with metal laptop bodies, phones, etc. I cut a rubber mat to put on top and that works ok and reduces the risk of things sliding off.Pros:- For eating a small meal on or reading a magazine or book on its tolerable and can contort into helpful shapes- Construction is high quality but ruined by design which is seriously problematic
