I recommend them, I included tips and photos
I'm going to post my review here and some tips and photos to help people with installation. Short version, I recommend them.Magnets are strong, not sure if they're "90lbs" strong, but I put these on kitchen cabinets and they feel slightly over-powered. That might be good for homes with toddlers. For weaker individuals like seniors or people with disabilities it might be better to get the next size down from the 90lbs magnets because it might make it too difficult to open, but I have not tested any other size. The sticky strips they include are useless. I ended up throwing them all away. They are too weak/magnets are too strong, so when you pull it open the plate peels off of the door.I read many complaints about the screws being terrible and snapping. I did not have any issues with them. They were all extremely sharp, and they provide a 5 pack per magnet, so you get 1 extra each. They look... nearly stainless. They don't look like normal stainless screws though.I got these and installed them for my parents, who cannot afford new cabinets or to replace all the hinges that are currently allowing the doors to hang open. These worked perfectly for us.Now for my tips. Please reference my photos if I did not describe it clearly. I'm going to explain what I find is the easiest way, but not the only way to mount these.First of all, the plate that mounts to the doors has chamfered holes which allow the screws to sit more flush, which means the plates are directional.1. Place both screws into the chamfered side of the plate, then stick the plate to the magnet so that the screws are pointing out.2. Open the cabinet and place the magnet low enough so your drill can screw straight into the wood. Put the top screw in first but only halfway, and let the magnet with the plate and screws hang. Put the screw in the center of the wood so you do not split it apart.3. Now put in the bottom screw for the magnet, again only halfway. Now you can slide the magnet towards yourself or away to change the depth for how you want the door to sit when it's closed, now tighten both screws completely. The magnet should now be fully mounted with the plate stuck to it and the screws pointing towards the door.4. Lightly slam the door repeatedly into the screws to transfer screw locations onto the door.5. Remove the plate from the magnet and attach the plate with both screws to the door. That's it, it should be complete and sit flush with the cabinet.

Strong and make a satisfying click!
I'm using these on my homemade voice-over booth door to keep it shut nice and tight. They work great. I am using three of them (top, middle, and bottom of the door). They are really strong magnets and hold well, but aren't too hard to push open. They were fairly easy to install too and came with enough screws to get the job done.If I ever need em again, I would buy em again!

Work very well
These closures installed easily after buying new screws, as the screws that came with were very poor quality, the heads kept breaking off, but the magnets themselves do the job very well of keeping the cupboard doors closed. New screws were not very expensive, do no harm done.

Very strong
I am using these to attach 2' X 2' plywood doors to provide access to my attic storage in lieu of hinges so that the wood can sit flush to the studs. I am using 2 magnets per door (one on each side) and they work great. I tested them before using by sticking them to the magnetic side of my freezer and they required quite a bit of pulling from me before they came away. I have not tried 90 lbs to see if they will actually hold that much, but they work for my purposes perfectly. I am about to order more to finish my project.

Strong replacement magnets for plantation shutters.
Every window in our home has plantation shutters. We love the shutters because we can control how much light comes into a room. The original magnets, to keep the shutters closed, were housed in plastic. Opening and closing the shutters eventually started to cause too much wear and tear, on the plastic. One by one they started to crack and no longer functioned as expected (pic one). These new magnets took less than a few minutes per window to replace and they function perfectly. Since they are made of metal and very sturdy, I don't imagine we will ever have to replace the magnets to keep our plantation shutters closed.

Easy install on French door
Had French doors with that crazy ball closure at the top. After replacing that and having it fail a few month later, used this product. Great! Looks good and magnets are strong enough to hold the door closed. My 30 lb dog can jump on the door and open it but no big deal.
