I ordered for my husband for Christmas and received in early October, but he did not open until today, Christmas Day. We were not disappointed at all. We both loved it and he hung it straight away. I was worried, but the packaging was so good I did not want to open first. It was perfect. The packing was really great so nothing was broken at all and it was even shipped to us internationally through an APO! It is easy to hang and we opted to use the black screen which is included. It makes a great, impressive gift and just want we needed to finish off our bar area. He loves it! I highly recommend, don't hesitate, just get one!

I would like to say that even though it takes a bit of time to receive your custom made sign due to the fact that the seller is overseas in China..... ( Do yourself a favor and order one of these incredible custom made signs). Absolutely awesome NEON effects. It looks like the real deal for a fraction of the cost to have a real NEON sign custom made. I had a slight issue with the original order and the seller responded ASAP. My issue was resolved and the sign arrived within a 2 week period. Love it! Looks great! I did order the largest option available to light up my new Man Cave and Bar! When I ordered this, I was under the impression that it was just another plastic, led sign with moulded tube lighting. It isn’t like that at all!This sign is made using two laser etched acrylic sheets, each one illuminated by a specific color LED. The sheets are assembled together with the lights fixed to the connecting strip at the top of the sign.This type of design allows for much more detail, thinner lines than other types of lED signs and less illumination of the surrounding areas. This sign is amazing! My wife and I absolutely love it!I received it ahead of the projected delivery date and the packaging of the sign was incredibly well done.I will be ordering one of these signs again as a gift for my girls to use in their apartment.I rate this sigh a 10 out of 10. If your looking for a well made, attractive “neon sign”, without the bulkiness and transformer hum of traditional neon, you should certainly give this a try.

Gorgeous product, arrived wonderfully packed. Only issue (-1 star) is because it seems blurry in the dark. I think the blur is from the 3D effect, just a little disappointing. On the very big upside my husband was shocked and very happy with this for his bday. It looks wonderful in our basement bar & lounge!

I liked the idea of having my new man cave lit up with a sign that I had created myself. Well what it said in the sign 😂 and they had sent me a replacement light strip when I had received it on my delivery it had broken and they were very helpful with sending me a replacement and they said I would have to wait 2 weeks but I had received it in a couple of days and I’m happy that I have finally got it to finish off my man cave.

The online options for personalising the wording and colours was very simple to use and understand, the delivery was much quicker than I expected and the quality and finish of the product was stunning! Bought this as a gift for my neighbour who entertained all his neighbours with an online quiz during covid. He was over the moon. He had always wanted one!!

Its exactly as shown in the photos. looks amazing in blue and white. purchased the largest size but would have preferred it a bit bigger. great value for money. delivery time was quicker than expected. would highly recommend.only downside is that the plug cable is only a meter long if you intended to have high up on the wall

I got the text customised for my home bar(Poker theme). The seller even agreed to change the DART image on the bottom right to a Poker Hand(AJ suited). Great communication by seller as he showed me the mock-up before starting the work. Packaging was great, it also included nice pair of gloves to handle the product, a black film for the back to have enhanced lighting, hanging metal thread, adhesive tapes, etc. Arrived earlier than stated. Highly recommended.
