Newchoice Womens Casual Lightweight Long Sleeve Cardigan Soft Drape Open Front Fall Dusters (S-3XL)

I ordered this cardigan in Faded Rose color to go with a specific outfit. Knowing that digital color is often different from the real color, I wasn't surprised when it wasn't an exact match, but luckily still went with the outfit. I ordered size small based on the size chart and it fits perfectly. It came in a flat, compression package and was completely wrinkled. I put it in the dryer on "Steam Fresh" for 15 minutes and at least 80% of the wrinkles came out. Then I tried the iron, as the label says "low iron". Unfortunately, low iron didn't touch the wrinkles, so I tried the lowest steam setting and that worked perfectly. Every wrinkle came out. This cardigan is so soft and feminine. It drapes perfectly to accent the outfit. I love the fit and style. It's very lightweight, but perfect for keeping me comfortable in air conditioning or cool evenings.

This is a nice quality, unlined lightweight cardigan, suitable for cooler summer days. I’m 5’9” and the length covers my bottom.

Overall I like the simplicity of the cardigan. It has a nice drape. The fabric is soft and lightweight. The upper arms are a bit snug for my liking, and I don’t anticipate that they will stretch out with wear. I would buy again.

This is perfect for what I need it for! When I wear long skirts, I like to wear a tank top with a LIGHT WEIGHT cardigan ... this is perfect - light weight, covers to booty. The sleeves are long, just tuck them or push them up, probably great if you're a little cool and want to cover your hands, but its no problem. Very happy with this purchase! (it is packaged in a SMALL vacuum sealed no bigger than an index card, but shakes out and I lightly ironed it - looks great!)

PROS: Soft, lightweight, true to size.CONS: Wrinkly, looks a bit sloppy, not the color I expected, more expensive than similar Amazon Essentials itemI was looking for a neutral taupe or beige lightweight cardigan and found this along with a similar one from Amazon Essentials, and ordered them both. A lot of reviews are satisfied with this Newchoice one but I wasn't. Even before I took it out of the plastic to try it on, I could see I wasn't going to be happy with the color, which is kind of yellowish and not as neutral as the picture of the New Beige. The fit was fine. I'm 5'6", 126 lbs. and ordered Small. No problem with fit. It was a couple inches shorter than the other brand and shorter than my other lightweight cardigans but definitely not too short. The material was thin and lightweight, not cheap, but very wrinkly and even thought the wrinkles probably would come out after it was hanging for a while or steamed, I was concerned at how easily it might wrinkle while being worn. That and the yellowish color caused me to return it. I felt the Amazon Essentials version was superior in a few ways - it had pockets, which this one doesn't, it was a bit longer, the cut was a little more polished or refined (straighter, not so drapey), and just looked more put together and had a more flattering silhouette. Even though the fabric content was the same (Newchoice 95% viscose, 5% spandex/elastane, Amazon Essentials 95% viscose, 5% elastane), the fabric of the Newchoice cardigan did not feel as high quality or as durable. I still would have kept it for more casual wear if the color had been right and it wasn't so wrinkly. I can see why a lot of people like the Newchchoice one, but it just didn't work for me and I felt the other brand, which was $8 cheaper at the time of my purchase, was a better value overall.

The marzipan color is not accurately reflected in the photo. The actual product is more of an orangish color. I do not recommend purchasing the marzipan color. Otherwise, these cardigans are quite nice. I have purchased several. They fit beautifully and are highly functional. Great product for a great price. Highly recommend.

I opened this and put it right back in the bag. I'm tired of cheap thin recycled plastic water bottles & synthetic fibers. I would like to have something that was well made and looked nice. This is made of viscose (aka rayon for us older folks) which I knew but I was desperate enough to take a chance because I liked the color. This was incredibly wrinkled and THIN. I ordered a very similar cardigan from another retailer that was cheaper and better quality. If you're looking for something to keep the cold AC off you in the summer this isn't it! The color is true and I would say it's true to size by holding it up and looking at it, I didn't even bother to try it on.

I absolutely love this cardigan. I bought three colors. Very lightweight!
