When shipment first arrived, it was missing the e-track rings for mounting. However, once I emailed the manufacturer, they quickly sent our the missing parts and were extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Bought this to hold down my side by side in my new trailer. The units were super easy to install (videos were helpful). I hauled my SxS over 200 miles and had no issues at all. About to buy another set to go on the walls. Very sturdy and well made product.PS: I did not receive all the rings with my shipment otherwise it would be 5 stars! But just sent a message to the seller and had the rings in my hand within days (and a little more).

Very fast delivery. Checked it out and so far is perfect. I’m not very big on the anchors (seems light duty) so I bought another brand but no offense to these guys I just wanted the ratchet type.

Received your product yesterday. 1 piece of the e-track was bent and scuffed up. It was clearly previously installed before as evidence by the screw set marks of the previous buyer. I purchased NEW products but was given USED products. I paid new product price! I ended up having to cut up the piece to try to use pieces that weren't damaged. I am installing this product on a brand new trailer. I am not at all satisfied with receiving a damaged and used product!

Setting up an enclosed trailer for atv's. The railer are spot on and heavy. Install was easy and painless. But only received the rails? No anchors?

Everything was easy to install. But the box was tore up when delivered. I only received 2 of the 6 tie downs. They came separate. I’m assuming it came together but the box was tore up bad and the tie downs were outside the box. I contacted the company and within a weak. They sent me the missing parts. At first it was a horrible rating, but they did make up and fix the issues!
